In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Each User may register only one Account on the nor777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including circumventing account restrictions, exploiting bonuses, or avoiding verification requirements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your nor777 Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. nor777 does not impose a fee on standard deposits; however, the payment provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its own terms of service. Nothing in these Terms limits nor777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

nor777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
